BILD weiß: Pascal Klemens (18) liegt mit Fieber im Bett. Bis auf 40 Grad stieg die Temperatur an. Klar ist: Damit ist ein Einsatz des defensiven Mittelfeldspielers gegen Lautern nicht möglich.

Trainer Dardai verrät jetzt erstmals: „Wir haben nie gejammert und es nie gesagt, aber seit dem Trainingslager haben 60 Prozent der Mannschaft das Norovirus mit Fieber und Durchfall, das hinterlässt Spuren. Die halbe Mannschaft hat mit Spritzen und Medikamenten gespielt. Wir waren am Limit.“
Hertha geht auf dem Zahnfleisch, auch deshalb ist der Traum vom Pokal-Finale im eigenen Stadion geplatzt. Dardai: „Ja, das stimmt. Die Mannschaft war körperlich schlapp.“
